This has been a good week for us here in good ol' Provo. Reed played really well against the BYU Alumni team. They played the other 2 setters the first 3 games and only won one of them. So Reed played the last 2 games and won both of them! It was a very fun and exciting night.
Then we had a little bit of bad news. Reed was diagnosed with mono! He's either had it for a while or the strep developed into mono. Either way, he's doing much better.
Next item of good news-I got a job! It's a physical therapy aide position for a small clinic in Provo. I'll pretty much do a little desk work and help get the patients ready to see the PT. I'll get to start all that fun when we get back from Christmas.
Friday night we took Marie and her friend Allie up to Temple Square with us to meet up with Kristi, Barry (or Clark, whichever you prefer), and Bryant. It was so fun to see all the Christmas lights (we just love Christmas lights...and Christmas)! It was like 20 degrees outside, and yes, Bryant went the whole night without any kind of jacket. Crazy kid. So we hurried home for hot chocolate and homemade cinnamon rolls! mmm!
And perhaps the most exciting news this week, today is our 6 month anniversary! Yay! We did it! Reed took me out to Olive Garden last night to celebrate and I can't wait to eat the leftovers (or for the next 6 months!)!
