Orange

So we're all home and doing pretty well. I was discharged from the hospital on Thursday night at about 8:00. We ended up leaving without a baby. Evan had high bilirubin levels, so he had to hang out a little while longer to get his levels checked again. We went back a few hours later and his levels had improved enough to be able to come home with us! We were so excited! He has been on lights ever since, but we're just so glad to have him home with us. The first night was a little rough, but he has been such a good baby since. We sure love this little guy and are so happy to have him be a part of our family!

Brit! I've been at a family reunion and just checked your blog. HOLY COW he's SOOOO CUTE!! Seriously you make em good! I'm glad you're both doing good. I totally understand the jaundice thing. Tanner was re-admitted to the hospital and had to be under lights for over 24hrs. and then more lights at home for a week. I feel for ya! Maybe I'll get a chance to drop by while we're still in UT. Hope you're doing good. And seriously, he is SO stinking CUTE!! Congrats!

It must be hard to have him under the lights for so long. I'm sure you just want to hold him all the time...soon. I love the pic of him laying on his side. Very handsome boy already.

Oh he's such a cutie! And that car seat makes him look so little! I feel bad that he is still stuck in his little tanning booth. Hopefully not for much longer. I can't wait to meet him!
